This morning's ramblings took me over to On the Fence Films, producers of “a new breed of political documentary which informs, entertains and considers different points of view one might not often encounter in The New York Times or on CBS News.” The following clip is a perfectly irreverent illustration of the illogical ways in which federalized systems solve problems, in this case: funding children's health insurance.
