Herb-infused simple syrup for use in a Lavender Martini (and perhaps elsewhere…)

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 t Dried Lavender

Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the Simple Syrup. Add the dried lavender, then remove from the heat.

Let cool, strain and refrigerate, covered, for up to 5 days.

Notes

Makes 3 ounces of Lavender Syrup.

NOTE: For those of you who don't know, Simple Syrup is just a solution of equal parts of sugar and water.
